V. furnace structure

The electric furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace door opening mechanism, electric heater, etc. The furnace shell is welded by iron plate and section steel, and the furnace lining is built by fiber module and thermal insulation brick, which has the characteristics of energy saving and even furnace temperature; the furnace door adopts the upper and lower opening mechanism, which is flexible to open, convenient to operate and safe. There is an observation hole in the middle of the furnace door to facilitate the observation of the situation in the furnace. The heating element of high temperature electric heating alloy is directly suspended in the furnace, which can radiate directly and has high thermal efficiency.
