Well furnace is a periodic resistance furnace, which is suitable for recrystallization annealing of steel wire.

Furnace structure:

The whole set of equipment is composed of well resistance furnace, hearth and electric control box.

The furnace body is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating elements, etc., with round and beautiful appearance design. The furnace lining is composed of high temperature needled fiber module for industrial use, which has the characteristics of less heat storage, light weight, energy saving and consumption reduction. The heating element adopts high temperature electric heating element, which is directly suspended in the furnace. All the electric heating elements are exposed, and the thermal efficiency of the water tank of the direct discharge furnace is high.

Stainless steel tank or aluminizing tank shall be used.

Control system: automatic control, instrument digital display, over temperature alarm, time limit and other functions are adopted.
