This series of 1000 ℃ experimental furnace is a periodic working furnace. It is mainly used for heat treatment and heating of metal parts or alloy steel parts in the air.
The furnace shell is welded with steel plate and section steel, with rectangular structure. The furnace lining is made of insulating fiber and firebrick. High temperature furnace is selected for furnace core, and thermal insulation materials are filled between furnace and furnace shell. The furnace door is open horizontally, which is convenient for operation.
